Hobbies: Collecting and playing with cats, Participating in Violent events, napping in weird places, messing around, hanging around with nice weather, tricking and manipulating people for his own goals
Mannerisms: Seiji has a view annoying traits, one of which is whacking people gently -or not so gently- with his hand is they annoy him or make a stupid joke. Besides that, he never, I repeat /never/ ignores cats. As soon as he sees a cat walking around somewhere, he at least has to pet it. Furthermore he fidgets a lot with the bells he wears and tends to stretch very much and intensively (to annoyance of people walking or sitting behind him). Seiji is very polite to strangers, but tends to sound a little feminine when he's trying too hard. 

Likes: Cats, People, Sleep, Dreams, Shiny things, Warm food, Big social events, Festivals, Outside, Good weather, Strong willed people, people that are naïve or easy to manipulate.
Dislikes: Fireworks, Sudden loud noises, Being woken up, people who can't stand him, Graveyards, Rain, People that see right through him.

Inspirations: Seiji isn't easy to inspire, though he may never admit it, the people near to him are the most inspiring. He likes to live up to the good points he sees in his friends and family with distant admiration.
Life Goals: Seiji doesn't want much. He is pretty content with being a shinobi and just wants to keep up his carefree lifestyle. He's thinking about searching a partner (but had difficulty liking girls) so for now he has settled with the goal of housing as many cats as possible. Lastly, he doesn't want to be an embarrassment and likes to be in the spotlight as a 'cool' guy, thus aims to become an admirable ninja. 

Personality:

Though it may not seem like it, Seiji is a pretty deceiving person. He is great at lying and tends to keep his own secrets very well, while collecting those of others with fascination. 
To strangers he may seem as a charming young lad. He is goofy, witty and friendly. He likes to approach people and help them out when in need. This is merely out of personal interest for people and their behavior, the advantage of having someone to toy with or manipulate and his need for social contact. He is very dependent on being with people and thus /hates/ being alone or disliked. 
When one get's close to Seiji they are welcomed with great excitement. To 'friends', he tends to be more open and joking. Often sarcastic and can get a little offensive. He doesn't like having friends who are too fazed by that, because it means he has to hold back when expressing himself. He is far more energetic conversing or hanging out with friends than he is usually and is very likely to think of all kinds of stupid activities. 
In dire situations, Seiji often tends to play the leader a little, meanwhile putting up a tough guy act to the enemy or opponent. He tend to be protective over his friends, but never avoids violence if he has a chance to participate. Besides, if it causes him more trouble to take care of his friends than they are worth, he just drops them. 
He usually doesn't care as much about everyone as he may act to and will backstab or betray almost anyone when needed. Sometimes though, friends and family even get into the core of his twisted heart. This is vary rare however, but when it happens this person means everything to Seiji.

-Seiji is Gay, but instead assumes he's asexual, only jokingly making flirts. 
-In combat, Seijis personality can shift quite quickly from joking to total seriousness.
